It’s a call to show up proudly, lift each other up loudly, and create spaces where LGBTQ+ people, our families, and allies can share joy, connection, and belonging. Napa Pride Organization
Napa LGBTQ+ Pride is an annual event that takes place during the month of June, and beyond, in California's Napa Valley. Since 2003 it has been organized by a group of dedicated volunteers, local businesses, and LGBTQ+ nonprofits. It is aimed at celebrating and raising awareness of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community in the area. The events, open to all, benefit various LGBTQ organizations and supporters
Volunteer for Napa Pride 2026!
Napa Pride is powered by community. Every year, volunteers help bring Pride to life, from planning events to welcoming guests, coordinating activities, and creating joyful spaces where LGBTQ+ people and allies can gather, celebrate, and belong.
As we prepare for Napa Pride 2026: Love Out Loud, we’re inviting community members to join our Pride volunteer team and help shape this year’s celebration.
Whether you're a behind-the-scenes organizer, a logistics wizard, or someone who simply wants to help create a welcoming Pride experience, there’s a place for you.
As always, Napa LGBTQ+ Pride is open to everyone, and the organizers have planned a variety of family-friendly events throughout the month. These activities include a parade, live music, dancing, food vendors, and educational booths, among others. It provides an opportunity for people to celebrate their identities and show support for the LGBTQ+ community, while also raising awareness about important issues facing this community.
